What are the steps before, during and after the photo shoot ?
Before the session :
This is an opportunity to meet and discuss how the session will run. This allows us to adapt it so that your establishment is as undisturbed as possible and that it runs smoothly.
This is an important step that will save us time on the day.

Do you have packaged or quoted prices ?
As each project is unique, a quotation is the most appropriate response as it will be more tailored to your specific needs.
Do the photos match Booking.com's criteria ?
Yes, I take into account the criteria to be respected and the recommendations of Booking. Indeed, the criteria or recommendations can be of several kinds :

What are the delivery times for the final images ?
The delivery time of the photos is between 4 and 7 days depending on the type of service.
Do you have a cancellation or refund policy ?
If I cancel the session in case of force majeure, all deposits paid will be refunded.
Do you have someone to manage the staging and presentation of the dishes ?
When the project requires it, I have the possibility of calling on a food stylist.
Do you have insurance ?
Yes, because as a professional photographer, I am concerned about covering my client for any unintentional damage that may occur during the shoot.
Do you offer video or aerial photos ?
Not at the moment, but I will be able to offer you these services soon.
Can you take pictures of our establishment at the blue hour ?
Yes, it is quite possible to organize the photo session around the blue hour. Indeed it is a very short period of time at sunset during which the light gives a magical rendering to the outdoor photos of your place.
What are the delivery options ?
The photos are usually delivered by hand on a USB stick so you don't have to worry about the storage medium. For those who wish, there is always the possibility of transferring them to you via a link.
